Courtney Warren is an experienced litigator whose primary practice consists of criminal defense and civil litigation. Courtney has successfully represented criminal defendants in state and federal court against criminal charges ranging from simple misdemeanors to aggravated felonies.
Courtney also has extensive experience representing both individuals and companies in a wide variety of civil disputes. Although she began her career representing large companies, Courtney now uses her legal skills and knowledge of the law to help the people who need it most. She is an advocate for civil rights, workers' rights and the rights of any individual who has been wronged. She uses her skills to help her clients obtain the best outcome available to them under the law.
Courtney was born in Austin, Texas and raised in both Austin and Denver, Colorado. She attended the University of Miami on an academic scholarship where she studied political science and criminology while also participating in the Honors Pre-Law and General Honors programs. After graduating early from University of Miami with honors and a double major, she attended the University of Virginia School of Law. Courtney received her J.D. in 2015 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and Law and participated in the Innocence Project and Criminal Defense Clinic.
